Coordination of Soil and Groundwater Remediation Programs

  • Brownfields sites.

Underground Storage Tank Removal

  • Removal of all underground storage tanks, including residential furnace fuel oil tanks, is required after 2 years of disuse.

  • Variance applications for abandonment of underground storage tanks in place may be an option if removal is not feasible.
